No one is perfect. We do not believe in unreasonable expectations. The task of learning never stops. A healthy mind, body, and soul are crucial to individuals who protect and serve vocationally. We take fitness and skill training very seriously. There are numerous sources for individuals to seek improvement of the body so we will not dwell in that area. We have observed a lack of attention to the mind and soul of our nations fighters. There are good resources available and we would like to share a few that have proven helpful. Our desire is that these resources will challenge and motivate you.
